There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased from Cowboy Life Apparel. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. CUSTOM orders are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. While our policies are firm for obvious reasons, we will do everything we can to work with you and make sure your experience with us is positive.
*You must notify us by email within 5 days of receipt for return/exchanges.
*You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it only for exchange or credit to the store, and shipping costs will not be refunded (excludes custom orders).
*The customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost, and returns lost in returned shipping will not be refunded.
*Any product that is returned must be in the same condition you received the product and in the original packaging. We reserve the right to not accept a return and may require a re-stocking or repair fee if the item has been at all damaged or worn. Please mail the receipt with the returned item.
*Only items that have been purchased directly from Cowboy Life Apparel can be returned to Cowboy Life Apparel. Cowboy Life Apparel products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
